Because she is unknown,camouflaged in families like some normal being.
And artist who handpicks her ingredients with care and wit.
Grinds and stirs them to bring that to our tables.
And we consume them like chores.
The awe and wonder is long gone.
Until you start missing them the moment it is gone.
