Kintsugi is a Japanese art-form of mending broken objects using gold or silver epoxy. The Japanese believe that when something has suffered damage and has a history, it becomes more beautiful. This fact fascinated me, made me rethink about how we have been perceiving beauty in general, and how we could. About all the damages and accidents and mistakes that breaks us. broke me played such crucial role in building the person i am today. Was really thinking deep about this But strangely it wasn’t tears that i tasted this time, but a little curve on my lips. A little smile with a gentle realisation of how we all are constantly mending ourselves and shining like gold in the beautiful patterns which we call “survival”.

How we fight back and more precisely keep the hope alive in our hearts.

Perfection becomes so boring in front of such art!

Even after the deep rooter grooming, and brainwashing, we find our way back to our own raw self. However broken we are, we are living and that is the most beautiful proof of mending we do daily!

Imperfection is to be celebrated, because it is the highest for of art in my eyes.
