Russian word roughly translated as sadness, melancholia, lugubriousness. Accordding to Vladimir Nabokov “No single word in English renders all the shades of toska. At its deepest and most painful, it is a sensation of great spiritual anguish, often without any specific cause.
I couldn’t find a word in english for this and hence looked for it in other languages.
That deep melancholic feeling for no reason that would seem valid to others,or even sometimes to your own self.
We all struggle and curl up in this feeling, i get the same feeling too sometimes, but then I remember we are all capable.
Capable to deal with this.
The hope of light grows in my like the roughly drawn flowers of a child!
