Do you think i paint a lot of paintings celebrating and romanticising silence? If so, I won’t disagree silence is extremely romantic, beautiful, and peaceful to me.
If you ever could see what happens inside my head. It is the noisiest place. It’s loud complicated and it’s a troublemaker!
When someone offers me silence, it’s beautiful and cinematic and most importantly so satisfying.
In this painting i feel they are thinking out so loud through their silence, that they are somehow communicating and it is visually understandable!
There are fights, romance, pursuance that can happen just through silence!
Also may be painting is such a silent medium sometimes, that influences me to see the beauty in it!
