Kaamini in bengali , is name of a flower which is from the jasmine family and it blooms at night and smells like heaven!
I am personally very fond of the white kaaminis and love how they cover the whole plant in the little blooms!
When i was making this painting, kaamini was in my mind, and she is the personification of the beautiful night blooms.
I had one of these plants, and when it was breezy, the smell would make the whole space feel sensational, and sexy!
I imagine each bloom, as women with desires, who shine just like the stars in the sky, precious and lighting up the darkness!
